Hi, I'm Kim, I'm 34 years old and a proud mum of three energetic kids. Life at home is never dull, especially as I navigate the unique challenges and joys of parenting children with neurodiverse needs. My son has ADHD and is possibly on the autism spectrum, which has made me a passionate advocate for children who require a deeper level of understanding and support in their education. My youngest is currently on the waiting list for an ADHD assessment, and I strongly suspect my eldest may also have it - though she thrives in school.

About Me

Growing up, I faced my own educational challenges and experienced a turbulent few years. Dance became my sanctuary - a place of expression, focus, and strength. I pursued my passion through competitive street and freestyle dancing, earning several medals and trophies along the way. I'm incredibly lucky to have a very supportive husband who's always in my corner, cherring me on through life's highs and lows. His encouragement means the world to me and has been a big part of my journey to where I am today. Now training at EmpowHER gives me that sense of purpose and empowerment. I'm beyond excited to be stepping into this role as Gym Supervisor and working alongside Vicky and the amazing team.
